How is pay calculated?
Pay is a percentage of the funded loan amount, stated in basis points (100 bps = 1%), not the home's sale price. It is capped at $7,500 per loan. All numbers come from the program facts.
Pay on one purchase loan
Example: on a $500,000 home with 20% down, the funded loan is $400,000.Standard (50 bps): $2,000Standard, high production (75 bps): $3,000Full-Service (75 bps): $3,000Full-Service, high production (100 bps): $4,000Pay is capped at $7,500 per loan.
